Things have changed since the fall of her father; the Darkfire clan was left in the charge of Seporo; Adema's big brother. The times of piece has come upon them. Now, Adema sets out to make a name for herself, other than being a Princess and the holder of two phoenixes. There was this girl, one who held extraordinary power, yet was forced to deny it to the point of losing it. This reminded Adema of the stories that her mother use to tell her when she was a child: During the great war between Phoenix and Dragon, Nova had fallen in love with an opposing warrior. Dragon and Phoenix were banned from even sharing the same land unless it was to spilled the other's blood. Nova, Adema's mother spoke of how her and her lover fought to near death, but found love in the midst of the conflict. The story unfolds with the pains of having to deny who you were in order to live how you wanted. This would not repeat itself...

"Finally, I've found you.." Adema said, lips remaining still. The mental powers of Adema at play here, speaking into the woman's mind. As the red head rounded the corner, Adema stepped from beyond the shadows. She wore a red silk dress, black heel boots, and was dressed as if royalty. Golden ember eyes burned as she eyed the woman down. Finally she was able to set eyes upon the woman in which she had sought after for so long. Adema's hair; a fiery red, emanating heat that could be felt feet from her presence. She crossed her arms, not willing to speak any more until the woman notices her and responds. Adema was a particular one; she was very regal and tend to hold herself in a higher place than others. If she were to seek someone out, they should find themselves lucky. Maybe there was a reason for Adema to seek this woman out? Mabey there was an ulterior motive.. Who knows. . . Adema was a cunning one.

Soft fingertips brushed against crisp grass, leaving the skin damp with morning dew. Oh what a feeling she'd missed... Just the mere touch of nature. True, her mind was telling her it would feel much more satisfying if it were crumbling and black rather than fresh and green, but her stay at the asylum had taught her to ignore these thoughts. Not that it didn't please her to imagine the roar of fire as it ate through the flesh of nature, but she knew she wouldn't act on it. Laying back in the grass, Auburn Summers took in a deep breath of fresh air, her eyes closing as she prepared to fall asleep...

"Oi, Summers, you have to leave the premises." a familiar, rough voice called out. Oh, right. She was still on asylum grounds... Picking herself up, she groaned and grabbed her bag, throwing it over her shoulder. "A'right, I'm goin'." Her rough English accent fell from her lips, more like rocks than honey. With a frown, she turned to look at the man who had watched over her during her stay, though she couldn't help give a smile as she waved her final goodbye. As much as she'd enjoyed his company, she wasn't planning on coming back - even for a visit.

Strolling down the gravel pathway as she had done so many times before, Auburn stuffed her hand into the pocket of her denim shorts, her long legs seeming to never end as they carried her. She'd love to say she'd miss the place, but it would be a lie. She'd hated it with a passion and for her first three months had continuously tried to burn it down. Many nights had been spent screaming at the walls, trying to rub anything together to make friction enough to cause fire. But now here she was, walking to the gates that had held her captive for so long, only now she would finally be able to walk through them rather than be kept behind them.

"Free at last, eh Aub?" the gatekeeper called out. She'd grown fond of her, Auburn had spent many days sat at the gate in the hope that it would open, and during her time there she'd been left under the watchful eye of the woman who now, at last, was reaching for her keys to open the lock. "I'll say, finally them keys are fer me..." Auburn laughed, brushing a strand of dark red hair from her eyes while she waited impatiently, hopping from foot to foot. "Can you 'urry? As much as I'd love to stand and chitter chatter with you all day..."

"I know. I've got it." The gatekeeper chuckled, swinging the gate open. "Hope I never see you again." She held Auburn's gaze for a moment, a stern but caring look in her eyes. With a soft thank you, Auburn placed a hand on her shoulder before slipping past her and out to her freedom. This was it. Her new start... As the gate swung shut behind her and the past was locked away with the clunk of a heavy iron lock, she breathed the first breath of her new life. Would it be a clean slate? Or would she slip back into her old ways? How long would it be before the tempting roar of flames called to her? She didn't know. She didn't even know where she was going. All she knew was that her feet were going to carry her wherever they wanted and that was good enough for now.

And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles its a very, very
Mad world
Mad world...
